TENDER NOTICE

In its efforts to improve the living standard of its populace BICHI LOCAL GOVERNMENT wishes to invite competent contracts to Bid for the following projects:-

1. Construction of feader road from T/Tuluna to Rabawa
2. Renovation of L.G.A. officec’s Bichi.
3. Rehabilitation of electrification in various places in Bichi.
4. Construction of District Head House in Bichi.
5. Construction of Residential building, Design and Upgrading of village Head place.
6. Construction of water facilities drilling of 34 No’s of Hand pumps Bore Holes at Various location in Bichi.
7. Construction of water facilities at Hayin waya Bichi.
8. Construction of water facilities at Yallami.
9. Construction of water facilities at Kaukau.
10. Construction of Public School block Primary School at 11 wards across Bichi Local Govt.
11. Construction of Primary classroom Block at Santar Namama Bichi.
12. Construction of Islamic Center at Danzuba and Saye.
13. Construction of Community libraries at Saye and Danzabuwa.
14. Construction of Road from Titin Sani to Feras.
15. Construction of Road from layin Ya’u Hayin ways to kargon Faras.
16. Construction of Road at Zakirai along Abdulrashid Baba Yaro to Mal. Abdu.
17. Construction of Islamiyya School Block at 11 wards.
18. Construction of 5 no’s daily prayers Mosque across 11 wards.
19. Construction of Traffic/Street Lights at various location at Bichi.
20. Construction of Market Stall’s at 11 Ward’s.
21. Construction of Drainage/Bridge and Slabs across 11 wards.
22. Construction of cemeteries fencing wall at various location in Bichi.
23. Rehabilitation of 5 daily Prayer Mosques and Islamiyya Schools at 11 wards.
24. Rehabilitation of Danzabuwa, Komau, Sabaru, Yangishiri and Karari.
25. Rehabilitation of electricity at Kaukau Faras.

Eligibility/Bidding Requirements

All interested Bidders are required to;

1. Summit a comprehensive company profile containing the following documents.
2. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for last (3) years valid till December 2024.
3. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
4. Evidence of un-bridged Audited Account for the recent three years (3) as above.
5. Evidence of Financial Capability.
6. Evidence of similar projects executed for last (3) three years.
7. Evidence of Works Registration with kano State Government.
8. Evidence of Registration with kano State Ministry for Public Procurement, Projects Monitoring and evaluation and Bureau for Public Procurement.

Bidders are required to;

1. Obtain Documents of the lots from the office of Secretary Special Tenders Board at the Department of Planning Research Statistics (PRS) Bichi Local Government Kano State.
2. Interested companies are to submit their documents latest (2 weeks) from the date of this publication.

Additional Information.

1. The Advertisement shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of Bichi Local Government Kano State.
2. Bichi Local Government may verify any or all the claim’s made by Company and disqualify same if found to be false.
3. Bidders are to strictly comply with the above guide lines.
4. Bichi Local Government reserves the right NOT to consider lowest Bidder in anomalous situation.
