1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) of Nigeria is a Federal Government agency established by the FIRS establishment Act 2007, to administer all taxes on behalf of the Federation. CONSTRUCTION OF 13.3 FARM ACCESS ROADS IN ENUGU STATE

(a)          This Request for Bid follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for the Agro-Processing, Productivity Enhancement and Livelihood Improvement Support (APPEALS) Project which appeared in “Development Business issue no. WB 3108-756/09 and “This Day” Newspaper of September 3^rd, 2019.

(b)          The Enugu State Government through the Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association (herein referred to as IDA) towards the cost of Agro-Processing, Productivity Enhancement and Livelihood Improvement Support (APPEALS) Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contract for construction of 13.3km Farm Access Roads in Enugu State.

(c)           The Enugu State Agro- Processing, Productivity Enhancement and Livelihood Improvement Support (APPEALS) Project now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Construction of 13.3 km Farm Access Roads as described below:
