1. INTRODUCTION
Ogun-Oshun River Basin Development Authority (OORBDA) is a parastatal under the federal ministry of Water Resources (FMWR) responsible for the development and management of water resources for multipurpose usage in Domestic, industrial, agricultural and flood control purposes.

The parastatal in furtherance of this statutory mandate intends to undertake the procurement of various works, Goods and Services under the 2022 capital appropriation and in accordance with extant provisions of section 25 of the public procurement act 2007.
The Authority therefore invites all experienced, qualified and competent contractors, consultants/service providers and suppliers with relevant experiences for consideration for the execution of the under-listed projects.

2. INVITATION TO TENDER
Interested contractors and suppliers are invited to submit Technical and Financial Bids for the following categories of projects.
