1. Jigawa State Government intends to Construct New Orthopaedics Hospitals at Gumel local Government, Jigawa State.

The Government of Jigawa through the STATE RURAL WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION AGENCY (RUWASSA) hereby invites tenders from reputable contractors for the construction Two Hundred and Fifty Hand Pump boreholes, Forty Four Solar Water Collection points, Thirty Five Generator Water Collection points, and Conversion of 29 water collection point from Generator to Solar Powered across 25 political constituencies in the state.

PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SCHEMES IN OGONILAND

1. BACKGROUND
In line with its mandates to implement various recommendations of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Report on Environmental Assessment of Ogoniland, the Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project (HYPREP) of the Federal Ministry of Environment has intended to provide portable water supply in Ogoniland. To complement the Six (6) water works already being Rehabilitated/Constructed, HYPREP has, therefore, made adequate provision in its 2021 Budget to construct additional twelve (12) Water Schemes in Ogoniland.
