The Ekiti State Government is seeking to construct Truck-Stop Parks at major entry/exit points within the State to serve as rest point for long-distance trucks and haulage vehicles transiting through the State.

Application for Expression of Interest is hereby invited from suitably qualified and reputable project developer for the construction of Truck Stop in Omo-Oke in Ekiti State under a Build, Operate and Transfer basis for a period of 10years.

Prospective applicants must have proven and verifiable track records in the handling of similar projects and must be affiliates of the necessary regulatory bodies in the construction industry in Nigeria.

To ensure a successful project implementation, the contractor shall perform the following tasks:**

The contractor shall upon approval by authorize signatures of contract shall procure all construction materials as subject to the BOQ with required quantity and specifications.

Procured construction materials shall be approved by WASH technical staff. This items are subject to be rejected if the quality of materials is beyond standard, as well as materials subject to approval if items meet technical specifications which a quality check approval form will be sign by the technical staff. All materials shall be approved by NCA WASH Technical representative only.

Deploy qualified and well experienced Engineer/artisans to carry out the required tasks
