The National Primary Health care Development Agency (NPHCDA) is a Federal Government Agency under the Federal Ministry of Health responsible for development and strengthening of Primary Health Care Services nationwide.
The Agency in keeping with the Health Agenda for change of the present administration of accelerating the implementation of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) through Primary Health Care (PHC) Programme.

1. The Federal Government of Nigeria through the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has received financing from the World Bank and to-lent the financing to nineteen participating states (namely Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bauchi, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Ondo, Ogun, Oyo, Plateau and Sokoto) toward the cost of the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP) and Osun PIU intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of selected 35.9km Rural roads upgrading in Osun State. This contract will be financed by the International Development Association (IDA) and Osun State Government procurement process will be governed by the World Bank’s procurement regulations.
