1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal College of Agricultural Produce Technology, Kano is established with a mandate as train middle level manpower in Agricultural Produce Technology using Dynamic Training Curriculum, Modern Infrastructural Facilities based on best in-class practices. 1. The Federal Government of Nigeria through the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has received financing from the World Bank and the French Development Agency (AFD) and on-lent the financing to nineteen participating states Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bauchi, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Ondo, Ogun, Oyo, Plateau, Sokoto, Niger, Gombe, Ekiti, Kaduna, Ebonyi and Osun toward the cost of the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Upgrading of 64.01km Rural roads in Ogun State. This contract will be financed by the International Development Association (IDA), French Development Agency and Ogun State Government, Procurement process will be governed by the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations.

INTRODUCTION

Family Homes Fund Limited (FHFL) is a housing finance initiative promoted by the Federal Government of Nigeria as part of its Social Intervention Programme. The company is a limited liability company with initial shareholding by the Federal Ministry of Finance Incorporated and the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority. The company has financed the development of over 16,000 housing units across the country, commencing with its legacy projects in five states across the country namely Delta, Ogun, Kaduna and Nasarawa.
