1. The YDFS (FINTECH SUBSIDIARY OF MTN NIGERIA COMMUNICATIONS PLC) has received financing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Enhancing financial access in northern Nigeria through female agent networks – feasibility study and project design, and intends to apply part of the agreed amount to payments under the contract for a consulting firm to undertake assignments in line with specific terms of reference.
