• The General Public and Allottees of Stalls, Shops and Offices in Oyingbo Ultra – Modern Market are hereby informed that the Management and Control of the Market is under Lagos State Urban Renewal Agency [LASURA].
• Allottees of Shops, Stalls and Offices in the market who fail to Redeem Outstanding Rents within the specified period of time will forfeit all rights to the allocation.

PREAMBLE
In line with the fourth pillar of the THEMES Agenda of the administration of Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, the Governor of Lagos State in making Lagos a-21st Century Economy, Lagos State Urban Renewal Agency is desirous of preparing Regeneration Plans for selected blighted areas of the State as a precursor to immediate intervention.

The Regeneration Plans are to improve the living standards and facilitate a business-attractive environment of the subject areas, by stemming the vicious cycle of decay, provide basis for sustainable urban renewal activities and upgrade, as proposed in the subsisting Mainland Central Model City Plan.

The selected blighted areas include:
i. Shomolu/Bariga Communities and
ii. Ifelodun/Ijora/Badia Communities

Lagos State Urban Renewal Agency, therefore, invites interested Consultants in the built environment that are registered with the Town Planners’ Registration Council of Nigeria (TOPREC) and Association of Town Planning Consultants (ATOPCON) to bid for the project. The successful Consultant would be required to complete Regeneration Plans project for each of the study areas within six (6) months.

SCOPE OF WORK
The successful Consultant is required to fully deliver the plan taking into adequate consideration the detailed scope of work and Certificate of Completion as listed as follows:
i. Acquire the most recent GIS map of the study area: establish the base map and the most recent aerial photograph for the reparation of cadastral map for the study area;
ii. Carry out comprehensive surveys of existing land use;
iii. Appraise the existing infrastructure (i.e. roads, drainage, health and educational facilities, etc.) and make projection of needs for the next ten (10) years;
iv. Conduct surveys of existing housing stocks and building development patterns, land value and property rating with a view to determining the use, characteristics and intensity of development;
v. Examine the existing transportation elements and determine the future needs;
vi. Identify existing centres of commercial activities and propose new ones;
vii. Compile an inventory of unique, historical, cultural and scenic areas for the purpose of conservation;
viii. Carry out in-depth demographic survey of the study areas, taking into consideration the existing situation and projected population growth over the next 10 (ten) years;
ix. identity location for informal sector activities Centre’s within the study area; shanties and squatter settlement and proffer appropriate land use;
x. Establish the data base for areas that are prone to flooding and proffer solutions;
xi. Review the existing pattern of growth and development;
xii. Prepare Regeneration Plans and Reports etc.

INTERNATIONAL INVITATION FOR BIDS N° 003/LCBC/2020 IN-DEPTH STUDIES ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE HYDRAULIC CAPACITY OF THE CHARI AND LOGONE RIVERS

1. The Lake Chad Basin Commission (LCBC) is a sub-regional organization created by the Fort-Lamy Convention on 22 May 1964 by the four riparian countries of Lake Chad (Cameroon, Niger, Nigeria and Chad). The Central African Republic became member in 1994 and Libya in 2007. Sudan became an observer member country in 2000 pending its ratification of the Convention establishing the LCBC. The Republic of Congo, the DR Congo and Egypt are also observer member countries. The head office of LCBC is N’Djamena, Republic of Chad. The conventional basin covers an area of more than one million km2.

2. The LCBC received grants in various currencies of its member states to fund the In-depth Studies on the Improvement of the Hydraulic Capacity of the Chari and Logone Rivers, thus, leading to the lunch of this call for tenders.

3. The LCBC represented by its Executive Secretary hereby calls on prospective bidders who fulfill the related requirements to submit their bids in a sealed envelope for the conduct of these studies.

4. The call for tenders shall be subject to international contract award procedures available in the World Bank Guideline, procurement of goods and services, is open to all bidders coming from eligible countries as defined in the documents of the call for tenders.

5. The study area is located in Chad and Cameroon in the Conventional Basin of Lake Chad and mainly focuses on the Chari and Logone rivers and their Floodplains until the River Mouth of the River where it empties into the Lake Chad.

6. The In-depth Studies of the improvement of the Hydraulic Capacity of the Chari and Logone Rivers composed of a single lot with three (3) distinct steps.

Step 1: Conduct of preliminary studies
Countries: Chad and Cameroon
Study Area: River bed of Chari and Logone (downstream of Sarh for the Chari River and Lai for the Logone River up to Mouth of the Lake Chad).

Studies:
• Conceptual study of the interface of the Chari and Longone Rivers with the floodplains;
• Study of the ecological functions of flood plains;
• Analysis of the impacts of additional flows on the Chari and Logone Rivers and the Lake Chad;
• Analysis of the impacts of erosion on the banks, silting up, sedimentation and invasive plants on the flows;
• Conceptualization of possible solutions and preparation of the TOR of the Detailed Engineering Design;
• Workshops to validate the results of the studies;
• Corrections and submission of final reports.

Step 2: Conduct of preliminary studies and Detailed Engineering Design
Countries: Chad and Cameroon

1.0 INTRODUCTION
The National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) is statutorily responsible for the coordination of the National HIV response. The Agency has received the Global Fund Grant for the Year 2021- 2023.   1. Introduction to Offerors: The Feed the Future Nigeria Agribusiness Activity (FTF) is a USAID program implemented by CNFA in Nigeria. The goal of the Feed the Future Nigeria Agribusiness Activity (FTF) is to strengthen the enabling environment for agribusiness finance and investment. To achieve this goal, the activity focuses on four interrelated components: 1) improving the agribusiness enabling environment; 2) broadening access to finance by mitigating the credit risks of agribusinesses; 3) facilitating investment opportunities for agribusinesses to expand and scale up operations; and 4) enhancing the performance of agribusiness Medium Small and Micro-Enterprise (MSMEs). In line with the U.S. and Nigerian Government’s commitment to growing the non-oil-based economy, these efforts will increase the quality, quantity, market access, and diversification of Nigeria’s economy.

As part of project activities, CNFA requires the services of an Independent Consultant to conduct a training for smallholder local rice processors’ groups on book/ record keeping, financial/budget decisions, risk and lifestyle management using their local dialects and traditional methods such as folk tales, songs, dances, and idioms.

Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by CNFA in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this Solicitation. Only individual Independent Consultants are eligible for consideration in response to this solicitation. Consultant firms are not eligible to apply this procurement.  Failure to adhere with instructions described in this solicitation may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration.
