1. The OYO STATE GOVERNMENT through the Federal Government of Nigeria has received a loan from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of the Immunization Plus & Malaria Progress by Accelerating Coverage and Transforming Services (IMPACT) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the engagement of a Technical Assistance for Decentralized Facility Financing (DFF) Investment Fund Utilization in BHCPF Facilities For IMPACT Project, Oyo State.

PURPOSE
TECHNICAL ADVICE CONNECT (TACONNECT) is inviting qualified professional firms and individuals for a short-term technical consultancy to conduct G-ANC Program Evaluation in 3 BMGF priority states. This evaluation will aim to measure/document the effectiveness of G-ANC as adapted to the RCT, contribute to the available literature on G-ANC implementation (especially at scale), and ultimately foster a community of practice on G-ANC/PNC in Nigeria.

TECHNICAL ADVICE CONNECT (TACONNECT) is inviting qualified professional firms for a short-term technical consultancy to conduct gender analysis across 10 BMGF priority states. This analysis will aim to identify the root causes of existing gender inequalities and the extent to which gender roles, norms, and inequalities affect sexual behavior, risk-taking, and health-seeking behavior, as well as access to and utilization of the RMNCH continuum of care.
