1.This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business, issue no. UN532 10/15 dated 7th October, 2015.
2.The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a loan from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) toward the cost of Value Chain Development Programme, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for the construction of earth/farm roads.
3.The Anambra State Value Chain Development Programme Office now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Construction of 2.2KM Earth/ Farm Roads at Ude, Anaku in Ayamelum in Anambra State as per the location below:

4.Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB), a procedure specified in the IFAD Procurement Guidelines 2010: This bid is open to all bidders from eligible source Countries as defined in the Guidelines.
5.Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Anambra State Programme Coordinator, Value Chain Development Programme and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below, between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.00pm Mondays to Fridays, except on public holidays.
