1. The Federal University of Technology Owerri CE-sPESS has applied for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the sustainable procurement, environmental and social standards enhancement (SPESSE) project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for the procurement of office furniture, supply and installation for 10 furniture, supply and installation of renewable energy systems, acquisition of books for procurement Management, Social Standards and Environmental Standards and Supply of the office equipment, laptops and computers.
