1. INTRODUCTION The National Agency for the Control of Aids (NACA), under the Global Fund for AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) project intend to use funds from the COVID 19 RM (C19 RM) grant for the Oxygen Optimisation- Equipment, Consumables, Liquid oxygen and Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) plants in some facilities and Federal Tertiary Hospitals in Nigeria.
2. 3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS a. Evidence of certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7.
