BACKGROUND
Jhpiego Corporation, an affiliate of John Hopkins University, is an International non-profit, non-governmental organisation that works to improve the health of women and families throughout the world.

Jhpiego Corporation is seeking for reputable vendors for the supply of the various categories of Kits listed below, to be supplied and delivered to its Abuja and state offices. Vendors are encouraged to read the entire document to ensure that they have a clear understanding of Jhpiego requirements before submitting bid.

1.1 ITEM DESCRIPTION:
GBV Survivors, Adolescent Girls and PMTCT Clients Kits for health facilities and pregnant women.
TOTAL QUANTITIES OF KITS REQUIRED:
• 600 sets of Dignity Kit
• 103 sets of Delivery Kit
• 500 sets of Mama Kit
• 600 sets of Menstrual hygiene Kit

Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that each kit contain the exact quantity of Items, Well stocked and packed in durable delivery bags. Successful vendors will provide sample of bags for vetting by Jhpiego, while Jhpiego will provide sample of branding material (e g, logo) to be put conspicuously on each bag.

CRITERIA FOR VENDOR SELECTION
Jhpiego require the services of experience vendors that have provided these items previously to other implementing agencies within Nigeria. Please attach any valid evidence to support such claim (e.g reference letters)

INVITATION FOR BIDS

1. The ECOWAS Commission, within the framework of the execution of its 2021 budget intends to carry out the purchase of end-of-year souvenirs for 2021.

2. The ECOWAS Commission now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply in one (1) lot of the above subject for ECOWAS Commission and Annexes.

1. The FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project, and intends to apply part of its counterpart fund-proceeds-for payments under the contract for procurement of ICT equipment.

2. The OGUNNEWMAP now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for PROCUREMENT OF ICT EQUIPMENT
Sealed Bids are to be submitted to; Ogun Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project – Additional Financing (OGUNNEWMAP-AF) Project at Ogun State Ministry of Environment, Block B, 1st Floor Room 232/233, Ogun State Government Secretariat, Oke-Mosan Abeokuta, Ogun State within the period of Forty-Five (45) days from the day of specific procurement notice.

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procurement method using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2017 Procurement Regulations edition as per legal agreement (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
