INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR TENDER 2021
The Federal High Court of Nigeria wishes to prequalify competent contractors and other service providers who wish to tender for jobs in various areas specified below and accordingly invites interested parties who are competent, experienced, and reputable to apply. The services are required in our offices, Courts, and official residences all over the country’s (30) Judicial Divisions, including Abuja. Below are areas to apply for pre-qualification.

Supply and servicing of Fire Fighting Equipment.

LIBRARY BOOKS, PERIODICALS AND EQUIPMENT:
Lot 3a: Supply of Law Books, Law Reports and other Periodicals
Lot 3b: Supply of Library Equipment

POWER GENERATING PLANT:
Supply of various capacities of Generators
Lot 5: FHC/CAP/RCBQ/005/2021
RENOVATION/REHABILITATION OF COURT BUILDINGS AND JUDGES QUARTERS:
Lot 5a: Renovation Rehabilitation of Court Building
Lot 5b: Renovation/Rehabilitation of Judges Quarters

GENERAL CONTRACT AND SERVICES

PRINTING OF JUDICIAL FORMS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS.
Lot 7a: Printing of Judicial Forms i.e. Bail Forms, Remand Warrants, Attachment Forms, Justification of surety Form, Criminal Summons Forms, Civil Summons Forms, Transfer of case Forms etc.
Lot 7b: Printing of treasury Forms i.e Confirmation of Cheques (payment Advice), Capital Expenditure Payment Voucher, Paying in Forms, Bank Schedule Form Payroll Summary, Voucher (junior officer) Bank Certificates etc.
Lot 7c: Printing of other documents i.e. Complimentary Cards, Memo Pads Letter Head Papers, Open File Jackets, Confidential File Jackets, Case File Jackets, Clinic Forms Dispensing Bags
LOT 8: FHC/CAP/SES/008/2021
SUPPLY OF SECURITY SERVICES/ EQUIPMENT:
Lot 8a: Provision of Security Services.
Lot 8b: Supply of Security Equipment

PROVISION OF FACILITY MANAGEMENT:
General cleaning of the entire facility (Janitorial Services) of Federal High Courts Headquarters
LOT 10: FHC/FMME/010/2021
PROVISION OF MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL SERVICES:
General Maintenance of Federal High Court Headquarters Building Services.
LOT 11: FHC/CAP/CCE/011/2021
SUPPLY OF OFFICE AND RESIDENTIAL FURNITURE:
Lot 11a: Supply of Office Furniture
Lot 11b: Supply of Residential Furniture

COMPUTER INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT
Supply of complete sets of Computers and Laptops.

TRAINING CONSULTANCY
Lot 13a: Judges and staff Training
Lot 13b: Medical Consultancy
B. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS WHICH A BIDDER SHALL BE DISQUALIFIED
Prospective bidders are required to submit the following documents:
(i) Certificate of incorporation Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Memorandum and Article of Association
(ii) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by Submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2021 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
(iii) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid up to 31st December, 2021 (expires 31st December, 2021)
(iv) Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2018, 2019 and 2020)
( v) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid Up to 31st December, 2021.
(vi ) Evidence of compliance with National Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid up to 31st December, 2021 (Expires 31st December, 2021)
