The WEST AFRICAN POWER POOL (WAPP) has received financing from the World Bank, for implementation of the WAPP North Core/Dorsale Nord Regional Power Project. The North Core Project, as implementation agency, intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One (01) Portal Cabin and two (2) units of 20 ft containers fitted out for offices and related accessories for its Central Office Project Management Unit (WAPP-North Core-PMU) at Maitama, Abuja.

Required services shall be procured through the procedures specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016 revised November 2017 and August 2018).

Subsequently, enclosed is required documentation and schedule related to items to be supplied. You are requested to complete this schedule providing your best offer and return this, by email, indicating the subject “RfQ CONTAINERS”

INVITATION TO BID NOTICE

The INTERNATIONAL RESCUE COMMITTEE hereinafter referred as “the IRC” is a non-profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of Depression and violent conflict. The IRC has been operating in Nigeria in October 2012 in response to a widespread flood disaster. IRC ‘s emergency response team, with local partner CISCOPE (civil society coalition for poverty eradication), implemented a project to support livelihoods and improve WASH in kogi state from February to May 2013. This was followed by a 3-month nutrition and food security program in the same location from October 2013 to January 2014. IRC has been supporting programming in Adamawa state since early 2014 and expanded into Borno and Yobe states. The current projects supports WASH, Nutrition, Health, Protection, Education, Economic Recovery and Development concerns among conflict-affected persons in north-eastern Nigeria.
