Background

The Nigeria Product Supply Chain Management Program (NPSCMP) funded by the Global Fund through the National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) under the Resilient and Sustainable Systems for Health (RSSH) Grant is modelled to ensure continued availability of health products at the last mile through total visibility for accountability and control across the HIV, Malaria, and TB space in Nigeria.

1. The Ogun State Government has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Ogun State Economic Transformation Project (OGSTEP) and intends to apply part of the proceed toward payments under the contract for the supply, installation and commissioning of a complete Functional Education Management Information System (EMIS). For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for investment project financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Nigeria Digital Identification for Development Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contracts for 1. Procurement and Deployment of Automated M&E Reporting Information system with Quality Assurance. 2. Design and Implementation of Key Life Cycle Management System for enrolment and billing services. These contracts will be jointly financed by World Bank, French Development Agency (AFD), and the European Investment Bank (EIB). Bidding process will be governed by the World Bank’s rules and procedures.
