The Kano State Government In its desire to improve the quality of healthcare delivery to its citizens, and to centralize Government activities through the effective use of Information and Communication Technology. To support this, the State Ministry of Health has embarked on deploying state-of-the-art ICT facilities at the newly upgraded General Hospitals.

1.0 SCOPE OF WORK
Eligible firms will be required to provide the following capabilities:
(i) Ability to develop, deploy and maintain a full featured Hospital Management Software (HMIS) with warranty services and other related accessories for the complete installation and commissioning of the Software. The Software will automata the Hospital’s processes
(ii) Interoperability of system and data with other existing database as required.
(iii) Ability to provide a dedicated server room at the Hospitals wherein all necessary Back End Equipment will be installed
(iv) Storage transmission and presentation of data and information points per required standards, using dashboards and analysis as required
(v) The entire job of Mounting of Cabling, Installation, and Configuration with the Network, Testing and other associated tasks shall be the responsibility of the firm.
(vi) Supply/Installation of Computer systems with the necessary HMIS.

1. INTRODUCTION:
The National Malaria Elimination Programme (NMEP) is a division in the Department of Public Health, Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH), and is saddled with the responsibility of controlling Malaria in Nigeria. The NMEP received a Global Fund grant for Malaria for the year 2019 -2020 and has been made a Principal Reciter. The role in the Grant is to coordinate all public sector Global Fund implementation and provide national guidance.

1.0 INTRODUCTION
MANAGEMENT SCIENCES FOR HEALTH (MSH), a global health nonprofit organization, uses proven approaches developed over 40 years to help leaders, health managers, and communities in developing nations build stronger health systems for greater health impact. We work to save lives by closing the gap between knowledge and action in public health.

Since its founding in 1971, MSH has worked in over 150 countries with policy makers, health professionals, and health care consumers to improve the quality, availability and affordability of health services. Working with governments, donors, non-governmental organizations, the private sector, and health agencies, MSH responds to priority health problems such as HIV & AIDS; tuberculosis; malaria; maternal, newborn and child health; family planning and reproductive health; and chronic non-communicable diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and lung and heart disease. Through strengthening capacity, investing in health systems innovation, building the evidence base, and advocating for sound public health policy, MSH is committed to making a lasting difference in global health.

The MSH RSSH Program is requesting interested and competent firms that meet the eligibility criteria for each category below to express their interest and submit supporting documents (please see section below) for any of the categories detailed in sections 1.1 and 1.2 below;

2.0 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Please read this section carefully and ensure that the entire requested information is included in your submission. Evaluation will neither make assumptions nor draw inferences regarding missing or incomplete information.

Submission should be comprehensive and address all requirements as stated below in chronological order;
(1) Detailed Company Profile with registered address, functional email, telephone numbers and pint of content for the organization, organogram, and CVs of staff.
(2) Evidence of valid and active company registration (i.e Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission, forms CAC2 & CAC7)
(3) Evidence of payment of tax (tax clearance certificate) for the last three years; 2018, 2017 & 2016
(4) Audited financial statements for the last three years: 2016, 2017 & 2018.
(5a) Five (5) verifiable evidence of similar jobs successfully executed each valuing at least twenty million Naira (N20,000.000) in the past five (5) years including copies of job orders/contracts and job completion certificate (for category A)
(5b) Five (5) verifiable evidence of similar jobs successfully executed in the past five (5) years including copies of job orders/contracts and job completion certificate (for category B)
(6) Evidence of at least 8years’ experience in developing EMR/e-reporting platforms/systems and; have evidence of work done in Nigeria (for category B only)
(7) Evidence of expertise on use of Open MRS (for category B only)
(8) Evidence of Competence in previous Health System Strengthening with special emphasis on EMR/e-reporting platform development (for category B only)
