In furtherance of its programme aimed at boosting electricity supply in the country, the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE), the Secretariat of the National Council on Privatization (NCP), invites Expressions of Interest from qualified firms (“the technical auditor (TA)”) to provide technical audits and to assess the current condition of equipment of the three Hydro Power Plants (HPPs) – Shiroro, Kainji and Jebba and Egbin Thermal Power Plants (TPPs), as well as validate compliance by the respective concessionaires with performance criteria in the concession contracts in line with their minimum performance target.
