1. INTRODUCTION
The National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO) in furtherance of its statutory mandate intends to embark on the implementation of its 2023 Capital and Constituency projects under various Works, Goods and Services for the financial year 2023 in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007.
Accordingly, the institute invites qualified, interested and eligible contractors to participate in the tendering process for procurement of works, Goods and Services projects under the institutes’ 2023 Appropriation as specified in the summary tables and detailed in the solicitation Standard Bidding Documents to be collected from the Institute.
