INVITATION TO TENDER AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR YEAR 2021 CAPITAL AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDGS) PROJECTS
1. INTRODUCTION
The National Teachers’ Institute, Kaduna is in the process of implementing the 2021 capital projects as well as Teacher Training Programmes for Teachers in Primary and Junior Secondary School in 36 states and FCT with funds provided by the Federal Government of Nigeria through the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Support Intervention Project, Consequent upon the forgoing, interested competent and reputable companies with expertise in the relevant fields are hereby invited to submit tender for its Invitation to Tender Notice (ITN) in the following;

| Lot 4 | Training Component “A” Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SENDs) and Awareness on Early Childhood Intervention Training for Primary and Junior Secondary School Teachers in the 36 states and FCT. |
| Lot 5 | Training Component “B” Moral HIV and AIDs Awareness for Junior Secondary School Teachers in the States and the FCT. |
| Lot 6 | Training of Head Teachers and School Administrators on Academic Leadership and Digital Literacy in the 36 states and the FCT. |
| Lot 7 | Training on Efficient Record Management for Teachers in Marte/Monguno Borno State. |
| Lot 8 | Training on Electronic Documentation and Provision of Laptops to Teachers in Marte/Monguno/Nganzai, Borno State. |
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested firms should submit their bids along with the documents mentioned hereinafter in a sealed envelope to the address indicated below. Failure to submit any of the under listed documents shall lead to the disqualification of the bid:
(a) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7 Business Name is also acceptable in case of Services.
(b) Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate (or Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificates of all the Partners in case of Business Name) for the last three (3) years valid till 31 December, 2021;
(c) Evidence of current Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2021;
(d) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2021;
(e) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2021;
(f) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2021 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
(g) Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the National Teachers’ Institute. Kaduna or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars;
(h) Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years – 2018, 2019, 2020;
(i) Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
(j) Company’s Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications such as COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON etc.,
(k) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects;
(l) Category A: List of Plants/Equipment with proof of Ownership/Lease;
(m) Lots 3 & 8: Evidence of past experience in implementing teacher development workshops at a national capacity (across the 36 states and FCT);
(n) Category D: Evidence of Firm’s current registration with relevant regulatory professional body(ies);
(o) All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firm’s Letter Head Paper hearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No ), and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorised officer of the firm.
