3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested firms should submit their bids along with the documents mentioned hereinafter in a sealed envelope to the address indicated below. Failure to submit any of the under listed documents shall lead to the disqualification of the bid:
(a) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7 Business Name is also acceptable in case of Services.
(b) Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate (or Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificates of all the Partners in case of Business Name) for the last three (3) years valid till 31 December, 2021;
(c) Evidence of current Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2021;
(d) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2021;
(e) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2021;
(f) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2021 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
(g) Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the National Teachers’ Institute. Kaduna or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars;
(h) Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years – 2018, 2019, 2020;
(i) Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
(j) Company’s Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications such as COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON etc.,
(k) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects;
(l) Category A: List of Plants/Equipment with proof of Ownership/Lease;
(m) Lots 3 & 8: Evidence of past experience in implementing teacher development workshops at a national capacity (across the 36 states and FCT);
(n) Category D: Evidence of Firm’s current registration with relevant regulatory professional body(ies);
(o) All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firm’s Letter Head Paper hearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No ), and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorised officer of the firm.

1. REQUIRED SERVICES: TRAINING CONSULTANT TO TRAIN ON POWER BI AND GIS
TOR for Consultant

• Must show evidence trainings conducted on power BI (at least three references)

CATEGORY A: One (1) copy of spiral bound pre-qualification documents should be sealed in an envelope and clearly marked ‘Expression of Interest’, The name of the company, programme and Lot number should be boldly written on the reverse side of the envelope and should be dropped in a box at the Agency’s Training Room located at the ground floor. The closing date for the submission is 12:00 noon on Monday, 12 April, 2021 and would be virtually opened immediately following the closing on Monday, 12 April, 2021 at 12:00 noon. No Payment is required for EOI.

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The Institute for Agricultural Research in compliance with the PPA 2007, will carry out Prequalification of Companies who respond to this advertisement based on the following requirements:
(a) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC1.1, or CAC2 and CAC7; with evidence of Company Annual Returns to CAC for the immediate past 3 years (2018, 2019 & 2020). Business Name is also acceptable for Category C;
(b) Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2018, 2019 & 2020) valid till 31st December, 2021 with minimum average annual turnover of N50 Million;
(c) Evidence of current Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2021.
(d) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2021;
(e ) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2021;
(f) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31 December, 2021 or valid Certificate issued by BPP;
(g) Sworn Affidavit:
– disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Institute of Agricultural Research or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars
– that the company is not bankrupt, in receivership or under liquidation or involved in any litigation which can potentially affect the company’s ability to effectively discharge their responsible if engaged;
– that none of the Company’s Directors has been convicted of procurement fraud in any Country
(h) Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years -(2018, 2019 & 2020);
(i) Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
(j) Company’s Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications (in case of construction: COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON etc.);
(k) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects;
(l) Category A: List of Plants/Equipment with proof of Ownership/Lease;
(m) Category C: Evidence of current registration with relevant regulatory professional body(ies);
(n) For Supply of Equipment: Letter of Authorization as representative of the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
(o) B4: Evidence of current registration/accreditation with Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria and National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA)
(p) For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) should be provided (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pension Clearance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF Clearance Certificate, IRR & Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV partner)
(q) All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firm’s Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM Now), and e-mail address. INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL CORPS (IMC), an international non-governmental organization with the main office in Abuja (Plot 882, Olu Awotesu Street off Idris Ibrahim Crescent, Jabi Abuja, FCT) and a sub-office in Maiduguri (located at Plot 87, Damboa Street, off Circular Road, Old GRA, Maiduguri, Borno State) intends to enter into a sub-award/grants for the implementation of key activities under its Gender-Based Violence (GBV) project entitled: “PROMOTION OF WOMEN’S EQUALITY, RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (POWERR)” funded by the Government of the Netherlands. To this end, International Medical Corps is seeking applications from qualified women-focused or women-right organizations interested in implementing activities described in this solicitation.

Through this REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS (RFA), IMC is seeking Full Applications for competitive grants, for the implementation of activities that sustain and scale up GBV prevention and response interventions in Borno State.

Eligible organizations are invited to submit a full application, detailed budget, and budget notes that meet the requirements of this RFA, which directly relates to the PROMOTION OF WOMEN’S EQUALITY RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (POWERR) project, whereas all proposed activities must respond to the goals and objectives of the project and contains expected outcomes and results linked to the program’s results framework. Each organization can submit only one application under this RFA. The successful organization will be awarded and will implement the sub-grant in accordance with the Government of Netherlands regulations governing grants under cost-reimbursement agreements, as well as IMC’s internal sub-award/grant management policies.

Applicants must be Nigerian with a long time presence in Borno State, recognized as active in the State, legally registered and recognized under the laws of the Federal Government of Nigeria, and must be in compliance with all relevant applicable laws and regulations in accordance with Section IV of this RFA.
Faith-based organizations will receive equal opportunity for funding in accordance with the mandated guidelines laid out in ADS 303.3.28 except for faith-based organizations whose objectives are for discriminatory and religious purposes, and whose main objective of the grant is of a religious nature.
