1. INTRODUCTION
Management Sciences for Health (MSH), a global health nonprofit organization, users proven approaches development over 40 years to help leaders, health managers, and communities in developing nations build stronger health systems for greater health impact. We work to save lives by closing the gap between knowledge and action public health. Since its foundation in 1971, MSH has worked in over 150 countries with policy makers, health professionals and health care consumers to improve the quality, availability and affordability of health services. Working with government, donors, non-governmental organizations, the private sector, and health agencies, MSH responds to priority health problems such as HIV & AIDS; tuberculosis; malaria;, maternal, newborn and child health; family planning and reproductive health; and chronic non-communicable diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and lung and heart disease. Through strengthening capacity, investing in health systems innovations, building the evidence base, and advocating for sound public health policy, MSH is committed to making lasting difference in global health.

The MSH RSSH Program is requesting interested and certified companies with hands on experience with linking DHIS 2 Platform on NHLMIS Platform or other similar platforms and meet the eligibility criteria below to express their interest and submit supporting documents.

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Please read this section carefully and ensure that the entire requested information is included in your submission. Evaluators will neither make assumptions nor draw references regarding missing or incomplete information.
Submission should be comprehensive and address all requirements as stated below in chronological order:
(1) Detailed Company Profile with registered address, functional email, telephone numbers and point of contact for the organization, organogram and CVs of staff.
(2) Evidence of valid and active company registration (i.e Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission, forms CAC2 & CAC7)
(3) Evidence of payment of tax (tax clearance certificate) for the last three years; 2016, 2017 & 2018.
(4) Audited financial statements for the last three years: 2016, 2017 & 2018.
(5) Two (2) verifiable evidence of similar jobs successfully executed each valuing at least ten (10) million Naira (NG10,000,000) in the past five (5) years including copies of job orders/contracts and job completion.
Note that only shortlisted companies with submission that meet all the requirements above will be invited to submit their detailed proposals.

3. EOI SUBMISSION
All documents required by the REOI should be submitted in a pdf format by sending an email to bids_nigeria@msh.org NOT LATER THAN 5:30pm (Nigeria Time) July 9, 2020.

The Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) in fulfilment of its objectives and exercise of its statutory duty of efficiently resolving Eligible Bank Assets purchased from various eligible financial institutions in Nigeria, offers the following properties for sale to interested members of the public. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE:
To participate in the process, an interested party must meet the following criteria:
(i) Individual / Corporate entity must not be indebted to AMCON;
(ii) Directors of interested companies must not be indebted to AMCON: and
(iii) Individual must not be an AMCON employee, a relative of an AMCON employee or member of the Board of AMCON.

BIDDING PROCESS:
(i) A competitive bidding process has been adopted for the disposal of the properties.
(ii) Bid forms are available from the coordinating agent, Osy Kamalu & Associates: 09051331416, 08036274306. (iii) Bid forms must be submitted alongside 10% of the bid amount in Certified Bank Drafts payable to the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria or evidence of the transfer of 10% of the bid sum to AMCON via the Remita platform, details of which are provided with the bid forms. Where bank drafts are provided, please note that if the deposit sum exceeds N10million multiple certified bank drafts must be provided,
(iv) The bid submission must be made in a sealed envelope with “Bid for Property” inscribed on the top left corner of the envelope,
(v) The Certified Bank Drafts and transferred funds of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded once the bidding process is concluded.
(vi) The successful bidder will be required to pay the 90% outstanding balance of the bid price within 15 calendar days of the bid submission deadline, failing which the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable and the property can be offered to other buyers.
(vii) Bids cannot be withdrawn or cancelled once submitted.

(ii) In the event of a tied bid at the bid opening or where none of the bids match or exceed the reserve price, bidders will be required to submit fresh bids at the bid opening. The outcome of the fresh bid submissions will be announced at the bid opening.
(iii) Conclusion of sale of some properties, due to size, may further be subject to higher authority approval.

SCOPE OF WORK

a. Ability to receive, process and manage loan application data
b. Ability to develop and maintain a unique register of loan applicants with dozens of data points of different formats and dimensions
c. Ability to verify applicant identifies, KYC and biometric data against national identify registers, and support unique fraud-proof Identifiers per loan applicant

The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) currently implementing the Transforming Irrigation Management in Nigeria (TRIMING) Project with a credit received from the International Development Association (IDA) and it intends to apply part of the process for consulting services.

The Triming Project Development Objective is to improve access to irrigation and drainage services and to strengthen institutional arrangements for integrated water resources management and agriculture services delivery in selected large scale public schemes in Northern Nigeria.

OBJECTIVE OF THE ASSIGNMENT:
This assignment is for an update of existing mappings/delivery of a mapping or available services for survivors of GBV (medical care (CMR and care for survivors of intimate partner Violence) case management and psychosocial support services, safety and security including availability safe accommodation arrangements for temporary physical safety of survivors at risks physical harm, protection, and legal services) and informal resources (including services such as the existing community based mechanisms, and actors such as community based organizations (CBO), women’s groups, trusted individuals such as people who have been champions to speak out about positive male norms, and the unacceptability of SEA and other forms of GBV.

THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES WOULD INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
To ensure synergy and leverage on existing processes and initiatives, the consultant will work closely with the Federal and state Ministries of Women Affairs and Social Development UNFPA and other relevant partners working on the GBV Agenda. Efforts will be made to ensure existing GBV working groups at the field level feeds into the processes to enhance synergy, leverage ongoing processes and avoid duplications of efforts. The consultant will specifically:
• Prepare a services provider mapping and referral pathway;
• Assessment of availability of services and referral pathway
• Assess accessibility of available services
• Help seeking Behavior
• Protocol of Actions to Disclosure during Mapping Exercise
• Provide a forum for sharing information
