GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE FOR YEAR 2020 TETFUND DEVELOPMENT INTERVENTION IN LIBRARY

1. INTRODUCTION
The Management of Imo State College of Education, Ihitte Uboma hereby invites experienced and competent suppliers for pre-qualification and tender for the supply of various library’ books, and library equipment under the year 2020 TETFUND INTERVENTION IN LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT.

2. SCOPE OF WORKS/SUPPLY
Lot 1:  Procurement of various Books
Lot 2:  Procurement of Library Equipment

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
(i) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC 1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7;
(ii) Evidence of Company Income’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2021;
(iii) Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2021 (applicable where number of staff is at least 15);
(iv) Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2021 (applicable where number of staff is at least 5 or at least N50m turnover);
(v) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2021;
(vi) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by- submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2021 or valid Certificate issued by BPP
(vii) Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Imo State College of Education Ihitte Oboma or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm all that information presented in its bid are true and correct all particulars.
(viii) Company’s audited account for the last three (3) years (2018, 2019 & 2020).
(ix) Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank of Nigeria; indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
(x) List of similar, verifiable, and successfully executed projects or ongoing by the company (at least three) with letters of award and practical completion certificates, in the last five years. Letters of award and interim certificate of payment should be attached for projects that are ongoing.
(xi) Company’s Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications;
(xii) All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firms Letter Head Paper being among others, the Registration Number (RC), Contact Address, Phone Number (GSM No.), e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized.
