NOTICE OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A LIST OF AUDIT FIRMS

1. The WEST AFRICAN HEALTH ORGANIZATION (WHO) is the specialized agency of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) in charge of health issues. To this end, WAHO implements several projects financed by Technical and Financial Partners (TFPs). According to the directives of the IFPs, a financial and accounting audit must be conducted at the end of each financial year by an external audit firm.

2. This notice is issued by WAHO to establish a list of qualified audit firms registered with the Institutes of Chartered Accountants and internationally recognized by IFAC with proven experience in auditing projects financed by TFPS
