1.     INTRODUCTION:
Chevron Nigeria Limited (“CNL”) invites interested and prequalified companies for this tender opportunity for the Provision of Slickline Services & Personnel for Onshore (East & West) Operations which shall be in Company’s Escravos Tank Terminal for work within the Tank Terminal and Onshore field Escravos and swamp locations to support CNL’s ongoing oil and gas production activities.

The proposed contract is for a two (2) years primary term with an optional one (1) year extension

2.     SCOPE OF WORK:
The scope of work for the services includes the following:
(A)    Slickline Zone Switch & Zone Isolation
(B)     Storm chokes & surface controlled sub-surface safety valves installation and retrieval.
(C)     Communication Checks & tubing patching with minimal ID restrictions
(D)    Swabbing of wells
(E)     Wax-Cutting
(F)     Gaslift valve & orifice valve installation
(G)    Setting of bridge plugs
(H)    Through-tubing perforating services
(I)      Through-tubing plugback services using cement and plugs
(J)      Tubing punching with multiple punches in one run
(K)    Production logging (Memory)
(L)     Gyro surveys
(M)    Other Surveillance activities (Bottom Hole Pressure (BHP) Surveys etc.)
(N)    Memory loggings & perforation
(O)    Memory Transient testing – Static & Flowing bottom hole pressure surveys
(P)     Hot-Oiling of Flowlines and Tubings
(Q)    Fishing tools and services.
(R)     Other Special through-tubing services

NB:   Truck / Skid-mounted equipment will be required for the slickline & flowline hot-oiling operations in our onshore locations. In addition, Skid-mounted Hot-oiling equipment that can be put on a flat-top barge and SEWOP is required for swamp locations.

1. INTRODUCTION
The Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs (MNDA), in furtherance of its statutory mandate, intends to implement various Goods, Works and Services in the 2020 Capital Projects, in line with the proposed budget for the financial year 2020 and in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2007.
