1. INTRODUCTION:
As part of the Sapele Further Oil Development (FOD) campaign, SEPLAT Petroleum Development Company PLC (SEPLAT), on behalf of the joint venture of Itself and the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company Limited (NPDC) has deemed it necessary to carry out Gaslift Compression Station Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning (EPIC) at its Sapele Field to handle anticipated increase in production from OML 41. To execute this EPIC scope, it is mandatory that a competent engineering contractor with proven experience in Gaslift Compression Station in line with SEPLAT’s Sapele Further Oil Development strategy is engaged. The successful contractor shall demonstrate capability in EPIC of Gaslift Compression Station, and by leveraging its experience in conjunction with a reputable Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to provide a detailed technical proposal for gaslift compression Station to be deployed as part of the Sapele FOD Project. The tendering process shall be run on the Nigerian Petroleum Exchange (NipeX) contracting platform.

SERVICES REQUIRED/SCOPE OF WORK:
As a minimum requirement, the selected contractor shall be fully responsible for the provision of service as detailed in the table below for use in the onshore operations.

Contractors are assessed for their suitability to undertake contract works in the category and financial level for which they have applied. As a result the contractor may be prequalified for a particular category(s) or assessed as unsuitable for registration in a particular category(s).

Contractors will be advised of the assessment results in writing.

Contractors may apply, at any time, for prequalification, or to upgrade an existing prequalification.
The registration is for two years. Contractors will be advised, in writing, when registration is due for renewal.

1. BACKGROUND
The Lagos State Ministry of Health (LSMoH) is a Principal Recipient (PR) for Integrated Global Fund Grant comprising of HIV/A1DS, Tuberculosis and Resilient Sustainable Systems for Health (RSSH). As the Principal Recipient, the Ministry of Health is legally responsible for the management of the integrated grant ensuring achievement of the programmatic results and accountability of the grant financial resources.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRiN) project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
