EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR VALUATION OF ASSETS (LANDS, BUILDINGS, PLANT AND MACHINERY, VEHICLES, FURNITURES AND FITTINGS) UNDER FAAN 2024 IGR BUDGET

1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has the statutory functions of developing and managing all necessary airports facilities and services for safe, secured and efficient carriage of passengers and goods. In compliance with the National Open Competitive Bidding (NOCB) procedures stipulated in the Public Procurement Act 2007 and its extant guidelines, FAAN now seeks the service of qualified/competent Estate Surveying and Valuation firms to submit Expressions of Interest for the “Assets valuation assignments” under its 2024 financial year/Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) budget.

INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR ACQUISITION OF DATA FOR SURVEY DOCUMENTS ON CERTIFICATE OF TITLES FOR AIRPORT LAYOUT PLANS UPDATE AND BOUNDARY RE-ESTABLISHMENT AT THE AIRPORTS

1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has the statutory functions of developing and managing all necessary airports facilities and services for safe, secured and efficient carriage of passengers and goods. In compliance with the National Open Competitive Bidding (NOCB) procedures stipulated in the Public Procurement Act 2007 and its extant guidelines, the Authority now seeks the service of qualified/competent consultants to submit Expressions of Interest for procurement of certificate of titles for airport lands and other Airport landed properties outside the airports under its 2024 financial year/Internally generated revenue (IGR).
