This is to notify the General Public that Bennis Strategic Services Nigeria Ltd an indigenous Auction firm has been engaged by Yemi George & Co. Law firm on behalf of the Industrial Court to handle public auction sales of one of the Rigs attached on 28-9-2018 in respect of suit Nos. NICN/OW/54/2014 and NICN /OW/55/2014 by the sheriff of the national industrial Court Owerri presently stacked at no 37 Dafinone way Sapele, Delta state. The judgment creditors and the judgment debtors have agreed that Lonestar 204 a 2000hp swamp drilling and workover should be jointly auctioned in accordance with the order of the court in satisfaction of the judgment in the two matters above.
