1. INTRODUCTION
FIRST Exploration and Petroleum Development Company Limited, on behalf of NNPC/FIRST E&P Joint Venture, intends to contract for the provision of cementing and pressure pumping services for a firm period of two (2) years plus one (1) year optional extension.
