1. INTRODUCTION
Nigerian Stored Products Research Institute is a Federal Government Parastatal under the Federal Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development with Mandate into Post Harvest Storage Research of farm produce and animal products.

2. SCOPE OF PROJECT
The Institute intends to carry out some activities under 2023 Budegt Appropriation Act. The 2023 capital and Zonal Intervention Budget of the Institute covers operations in Goods, Works and Services respectively, which requires provision of Equipment; fabrication; facilities; rendering Research Services; Training; Empowerment; Value Addition; and also construction activities to be executed in the Headquarters and Zonal offices. These various activities are grouped into lots under works, Goods and Services. The scope of the projects includes;
