1. Building the marketing and sales capacity of SHIS.
2. Conducting market segmentation analysis and development of effective and targeted marketing strategies
3. Facilitate efforts of the SHIS to implement effective and targeted marketing strategies.
4. Facilitate efforts of the SHIS to enroll (up to 20,000 persons in Bauchi, Sokoto and FCT and up to 10, 000 in Ebonyi from the informal and formal private sector SMEs into the SHIS
