1. INTRODUCTION
The Polytechnic Ibadan, Oyo State, in pursuance of the provision of additional facilities for the enhancement of teaching, learning and research in Nigeria is desirous to embark on projects under the above mentioned proposal for the Utilization of Revitalization Fund under the Federal Ministry of Education.
