1. INTRODUCTION
The Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development is proposing to construct a Kwara State Phototype Public Primary School (KwaraLEARN) at LGEA Primary School (A), Adeta, Ilorin to create a Model Public Primary School in the state. To this end, interested reputable and competent contractors with relevant experience and good track records and hereby invited to submit bids for the proposed project.

Family Homes Fund Limited (FHFL) is a housing finance initiative promoted by the Federal Government of Nigeria as part of its Social Intervention Programme. The company is a limited liability company with initial shareholding by the Federal Ministry of Finance Incorporated and the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority. The company has financed the development of over 16,000 housing units across the country, commencing with its legacy projects in five states across the country namely Delta, Ogun, Kaduna and Nasarawa.
