EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

GIZ is looking for qualified companies to establish a shortlist for the supply and installation of clinic equipment in various primary health care centers in Borno and Adamawa State.

The works will be tendered in lots by geographic reference. This tender aims to furnish up to nine (9) primary health care centers in Borno and Adamawa state under the following lots:

LOT 1: Supply and installation of clinic equipment to three (3) primary health care centres in Mubi South in Adamawa state.
LOT 2: Supply and installation of clinic equipment to three (3) primary health care centres in Mubi North in Adamawa state
LOT 3: Supply and installation of clinic equipment to three (3) primary health care centres in MMC in Borno state.

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing their interest to supply clinic equipment to these locations clearly stating the lot you are interested in
b. . Fabric company profile showing clearly an address for a fully functional office/shop with style.
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC),
d. Evidence of successful completion of at least one (1) similar project within the North-East (Borno, Adamawa or Yobe states) in the last five (5) years with contact details of the clients Only third-party evidence will be considered.
e. Proof of successful completion of at least three (3) similar projects with a minimum contract value of 2,000,000 NGN for each project or 5,000,000 NGN as a total for the three (3) projects in the last five (5) years with contact details of the clients. Only third-party evidence will be considered.
f. Evidence of being financially capable to finance such tender by original introductory bank letter

All interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents only In hard copies clearly stating the Interested lot on a sealed and separated envelope per lot to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at No. 4 Julius Nyerere Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja labeled “Expression of Interest 91137522”,

Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated above not later than Friday July 10″, 2020 will be accepted and considered.

The shortlist for the successful bidders will be separated based on expressed lots.

Do not send price offers, kindly note that complete tender documents would be sent to firms that qualify from expressing their interest.

Note: Delivery duration for all locations will be within 6 weeks and Invoice can only be raised after supply and installation of equipment for all locations per supplier.

GIZ reserves the right to assign the lot per condition.
