IPAS ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS CONSULTANT: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

IPAS NIGERIA, is looking for an organizational effectiveness consultant to assist us in optimizing Ipas resources to achieve a more significant impact. We want to engage a business efficiency consultant to review our business processes and resource utilization to identify opportunities to improve efficiency. The primary focus will be on the country office and look across all functions, including finance, human resources, and technical teams. As all these teams interact with our global technical and operational teams in our headquarters in North Carolina, USA, there may also be observations and recommendations on business processes and resource utilization from critical internal business partners at HQ The consultant must consider value for money using our impact measures, core values, and new strategic framework and outcomes.

Ipas is a global non-governmental organization dedicated to ending preventable deaths and disabilities from unsafe abortion. Through local, national and global partnerships, Ipas works to increase women’s access to, and improve the quality of sexual and reproductive health services.

Ipas has been in Nigeria since 2000 through a bilateral agreement with the Federal government represented by the National Planning Commission.

Ipas Nigeria is a 20-year-old organization whose mission is to respond to factors including sexual violence, stigma, lack of information, and lack of access that fueled death from unsafe abortion. Ipas Nigeria works in partnership with numerous stakeholders, including government officials, health providers, youth groups, women’s groups, law enforcement, journalists, and legal professionals, to improve women’s sexual and reproductive health and rights. Ipas Nigeria also focuses on research to better understand women’s needs and desires about their reproductive health and wellbeing, Ipas Nigeria current operations are in the following states; Adamawa, Gombe, Jigawa, Taraba, Kano, FCT, Oyo, Ogun, Lagos, Anambra, and Abia. Ipas, Nigeria, currently have 19 full-time employees.
