DESCRIPTION
As part of building evidence on investment in children, UNICEF seeks to support 9 States (Bauchi, Borno, Jigawa, Katsina, Kebbi, Gombe, Taraba, Yobe and Zamfara) on up-to-date budget analysis in social sectors affecting children. Therefore, this proposal seeks to conduct a budget and fiscal space analyses that will contribute to inform appropriate and targeted policy and programmes address the bottlenecks to equitable access to basic and essential social services by the most disadvantaged children. see attached RFP document and TOR for more details.
