REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR DEVELOPMENT OF ODO-OGUN WATERFRONT SCHEME

INTRODUCTION:
The Lagos State Government (LASG) in furtherance to its attainment of a Mega-City Status with its incidental challenges and in making Lagos a 21st Century Economy and Boosting the Tourism and Entertainment industry which are the fourth and fifth pillars of the Administration’s Development Agenda (T.H.E.M.E.S), had acquired a large expanse of land for development in Lots of 200 Hectares, 100 Hectares, 76 Hectares, and 50 Hectares totaling 776 Hectares.

The State Government is hereby seeking Investors/Developers for its development into a Mixed Use World Class City

The acquired land which is specifically located along the Lagos – Ikorodu road enroute Ikorodu is projected to be made up of Residential. Commercial Tourism and Entertainment Uses.

The Project is proposed to solve the challenges of Housing deficit within the State which arose from its ever growing population, open up the hinterland for development and attract Investors, both foreign and local, which will subsequently boost the economy of the State.
In view of this Lagos State Government seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested Local and International Investors/Developers for the development of the acquired Land either in Lots as stated above into Mixed Use World Class City.
