INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TOWNSHIP ROADS AND DRAINAGES

1. This invitation for tenders follows the intention of the Yobe State Government to construct Township Roads & Drainages in the State so as to ease the movement of people, goods, and services as part of the infrastructural development of the State.

2. In compliance with the policy of due process of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement law 2016, the YOBE STATE MINISTRY OF WORKS, hereby invites Contractors who are interested to Tender for the construction of the following Township Roads & Drainages:

Description:

LOT-I Construction of 3.2Km flexible pavement and 6.4Km Rectangular reinforced concrete drain in Nguru Town
LOT-II Construction of 2.6m flexible pavement and 5.2 rectangular reinforced concrete drain Town.
LOT-III Construction of 2.0Km Road and 4.0Km concrete drain in Gashu’a Town.
LOT-IV Construction of 2.0Km Road and 4.0Km concrete drain in Geidam Town

PROCUREMENT PROCESS FOR THE KATSINA STATE COREN PROJECT

The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, COREN on 6th of July, 2020, published an Invitation to Tender for the Construction of its Katsina State Project in the Federal Tender Journal and two National dailies, inviting eligible bidders to participate in the procurement process of the projects below;

LOT 1:  Acquisition, processing of the land title documents, and construction of perimeter fence with a gatehouse at Katsina, Katsina State.
LOT 2:  Construction of COREN State Office Main Building, External and Civil Works in Katsina State.

However, due to circumstances beyond our immediate control, the process was stalled. COREN hereby calls for potential bidders to submit their Technical and Financial documents.

PRE-QUALIFICATION/ EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CAR HIRE SERVICES FOR JHPIEGO

JHPIEGO CORPORATION, an affiliate of John Hopkins University, is an international non-profit, non-governmental organization that works to improve the health of women and families throughout the world. Jhpiego is in the process of pre-qualification of vendors for car hire services as detailed below.

Car hire vendors in Akwa-Ibom, Cross River (Ogoja), Ebonyi, Ondo, Niger, Abuja, Nassarawa, Bauchi, Sokoto, Oyo, Kebbi, Lagos, Rivers, and Adamawa states are encouraged to express interest.

1. REQUIRED SERVICES:
Provision of Car Hire Services for Jhpiego Nigeria Offices inclusive of all LGAs using the state capital as a take-off point. Quotations should include:

(a) Airport drop off and pick up
(b) Hourly rates (Pick up and drop off inclusive)
(c) Rate from the state capital to each LGAs within the state
(d) Full day rates
(e) Interstate rates (To all state capital in Nigeria)
