1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 Objective of the RFP
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a
successful bidder and select a suitable Contractor to provide car hire service in Borno state and its
environ.

WHO is an Organization that is dependent on the budgetary and extra-budgetary contributions it
receives for the implementation of its activities. Bidders are, therefore, requested to propose the best
and most cost-effective solution to meet WHO requirements, while ensuring a high level of service.

INVITATION TO BID FOR SEVEN SCRAPPED GENERATORS, FIVE OBSOLETE DISPENSERS AND TWO PUMPS.

INTRODUCTION:
The BRITISH DEPUTY HIGH COMMISSION, Lagos has seven scrapped generators, five obsolete dispensers and two pumps for sale. To participate in the bidding exercise, please visit the viewing site where the items are stored at the location below:

No 6 Reeve road, Ikoyi between 10:00am and 11:30am on Monday, 29th March, 2021.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Interested persons/organizations should submit their Expression of Interest titled “BID FOR SCRAPPED GENERATORS” and clearly marking the item(s) bided for. The Bid must be in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

Please note:
1. All Bids must reach the above address not later than 10:00 am on Tuesday, 30th March, 2021
2. Bids will be opened on Monday, 05 April, 2021.
3. The HIGHEST BIDDERs will be contacted from 11:30am to 12:30pm on Tuesday, 06 April, 2021.
4. All payments for scrapped generators must be made to the bank accounts of the Mission by the winner (HIGHEST BIDDER) on Friday, 09 April, 2021.

Assisted voluntary return and reintegration (AVRR) is a key strategy in ensuring the humane and orderly movement of migrants. It is an indispensable component of a migration management approach which is intended to be mutually beneficial to migrants, governments and other sectors of society affected by migration. IOM implements the AVRR which has well-tailored reintegration measures supporting the socio-economic reintegration of returnees in their countries of origin.
