INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

1. INTRODUCTION
The Ministry of Water Resources is proposing to appoint a Consultant for the management of its Borehole Drilling Machine, Drilling of Boreholes, and Rehabilitation of existing Boreholes.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICE
The works include Management of Borehole Drilling Machine, Drilling of Boreholes and Rehabilitation of existing Boreholes

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
Interested and competent Companies/Firms wishing to submit an Expression of Interest are requested to submit their company profiles which shall include the following:
(i) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(ii) Evidence of Company Incomes Tax Clearance for the last three (3) years (2018, 2019, and 2020).
(iii) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2020.
(iv) Evidence of current, Industrial Training Fund (ITF) compliance certificate valid till 31st December 2020.
(v) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) compliance certificate valid December 2020.
(vi) Evidence of Registration with Kwara State Public Procurement Agency.
(vii) Company Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2018, 2019, and 2020).
(viii) Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of reference letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria.
(ix) Company’s profile with Curriculum Vitae of key staff including their Academic and professional qualifications.
(x) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificate, Job Completion Certificates, etc.
