1. INTRODUCTION
The management of Abuja Municipal Area Council wishes to undertake the procurement of various works, goods and services under the 2023 Capital Procurement Appropriation. In compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Council invites interested and qualified contractors, consultants and service providers to bid for the procurement and execution of the under-listed projects.
