ALIMA is working in North EAST Nigeria since 2016 and has expanded to other parts of Nigeria. In the framework of its activities, ALIMA is looking for a reputable clearing
and forwarding agent, from within Nigeria legally authorised.

1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Republic of Nigeria (FRN) and the United States of America (hereafter the parties”) signed the Asset Return Agreement on 20th February, 2023 in order to enable transparent and efficient repatriation of Funds accruing from the forfeited Assets for the benefits of the people of Bayelsa State.
