INVITATION TO TENDER

1.INTRODUCTION
As part of its vision to execute sustainable development of infrastructure at Asokoro Island Green project, the pearl of Abuja which is designed for luxury Lifestyle, work and play. The Master developers of the Island, Rosehill Group Limited is pleased to invite interested and reputable construction companies or contractors to tender for the under listed Project.

2.SCOPE OF WORKS –
The entire scope of the Infrastructural works consists of three main parts to be considered and tendered for as ONE PACKAGE

I.ROAD AND OTHER CIVIL WORKS
II. EXTERNAL MECHANICAL WORKS
III. EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL WORKS

3.ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Interested contractors shall submit the following minimum verifiable technical and financial requirements in order to be eligible for contract consideration:

I.Mandatory and Compulsory Criteria I.
a.Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
b.Current Tax Clearance certificate for the last three (3) years.
c.Provision of Certificate of compliance from PENCOM, Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and NSITF
d.Evidence of Payment of Non-Refundable Tender Fee of N250,000.00
e.Three years most recent audited accounts of the company.

II.Other Criteria
a.Reference letter from a reputable bank, confirming financial capacity
b.Company Profile and Organizational Structure, Including names and resume of key personnel with address, mobile and phone numbers.
c.Verifiable list of previous/similar major/project successfully executed in the recent past with their locations and clients. (Copies of completion Certificate or Final Payment certificate should be attached). FCT Abuja Infrastructure experience is an added advantage.
d.List of Equipment Owned or leased for smooth execution of projects, evidence of ownership and pictures with company logo an added advantage.
e.A sworn affidavit disclosing:
i.That the Bidder is neither in receivership nor a subject of insolvency/bankruptcy/winding up proceedings;
ii.That none of the Bidder’s Directors has ever been convicted in any country for any criminal offence relating to fraud or financial impropriety or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter.
iii.That all information presented in the bid is true and correct in all particulars.
