AUCTION

The Receiver of DWC Drilling Limited (in receivership), Mr. Francis Elechi, who was appointed by ASSET MANAGEMENT CORPORATION OF NIGERIA (AMCON) has engaged the services of Bennis Strategic Services Nigeria Limited and Bombilac Integrated Services Limited to carry out the public auction of the undermentioned Rigs in Port Harcourt, Rivers State and Aguleri, Anambra State:

RIG 20
Rig 20 was built in the United States of America by DRECO Lee. C. Moore in 2005. Rig 20 is a 1500hp Drilling Rig with a skid System.

RIG 30
2100 hp electric driven single drum Drilling Rig with skid system with mast height of 161 ft.

RIG 31
2200 hp Hydraulic Rig with Skid System, Drilling depth of 20,000ft and mast height of 15ft.

DETAILS
• Francis Elechi is the Receiver of DWC Drilling Limited (in Receivership) by virtue of a Deed of Appointment dated 13/06/2019 and registered at the Corporate Affairs Commission on 21/06/2019.
• AMCON appointed the Receiver after it had by a Loan Purchase and Limited-Service Agreement bought over the then Intercontinental Bank Plc and Fidelity Bank Plc’s loan rights and the assets charged, mortgaged or pledged as security with respect to the unpaid debt of “DWC Drilling Limited”.
