1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online of March, 2019 and on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website.

2. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of Inclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated Programme. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of works for the Construction of 162 hand pump boreholes in Gwoza, Bayo, Shani, Kwaya Kusar, Hawul and Maiduguri Metropolitan LGAS.

1. The Kaduna State Government (KDSG) is desirous of providing standard engineering infrastructure comprising roads and associated civil works, water supply and power supply to the Green Agro Allied Industrial Zone [GAAIZ] sited on a 1515 Hectares land along Kaduna‑Abuja Expressway, Chikun LGA, Kaduna State, and has caused drawings and bills of quantities to be produced for this purpose. The most conspicuous landmark of the location is the Olam Poultry Feeds Mill.
