Bwari Area Council hereby invites reputable, qualified and competent firms/contractor with relevant experience to tender for the following jobs:
THE WORKS/JOBS:

| 2 | Supply of 1No Brand New Toyota Camry Saloon Car (2019 Model, Full Option with Leader Seat) – 3.5 Litres Engine Capacity |
| 3 | Supply of 1No Brand New Toyota Corolla Saloon Car (2019 Model, Full Option with Leather Seat) – 2.50 Litres Engine Capacity |
ELIGIBILITY TO BID/TENDER REQUIREMENTS:
(i) Evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of thirty-five thousand Naira (N35, 000.00) only in bank draft payable to Bwari Area Council, Abuja FCT.
(ii) Evidence of Registration/incorporation with Corporate Affair Commission.
(iii) Evidence of up-to-date (three years) Tax Clearance Certificate for 2017/2018/2019.
(iv) Evidence of compliance with the Pension Act 2004 form Pencom.
(v) Evidence of compliance the ITF Act 2011.
(vi) Evidence of compliance with NSITF.
(vii) Detailed Company Profile, indicating Management Structure, List of Staff and their qualifications etc.
(viii) Evidence of financial capacity
(ix) Verifiable Evidence of similar jobs successfully executed recent time.
(x) Evidence of registration on the BPP National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Services Providers.
(xi) Evidence of VAT Registration.
COLLECTION OF BID DOCUMENTS
Bid documents should be collected by prospective bidders from the Office of Head of Works Department, Bwari Area Council, Abuja, FCT upon presentation of evidence of payment of the non-refundable bidding fee of N35,000.00 only.
