A.    BACKGROUND
Caritas Nigeria is an Agency of the Catholic Bishop Conference of Nigeria (CBCN) established in September 2010 as the Specialized National relief and human development agency that coordinates development Interventions for the Catholic Church in Nigeria.

We now call for two (2) separately sealed Technical and Financial Bids for each Quotation.

B.     VALIDITY
Vendor proposals shall remain valid for 30 calendar days from the deadline for receipt of quotations.

C.    TECHNICAL BID MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Evidence of company’s incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
Evidence of two years (2018- 2020) Tax Clearance Certificate

1. The Government of the State of Osun has received a financing from the Federal Government of Nigeria towards the cost of Ilesa Water Supply & Sanitation Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this financing will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Construction of Sanitation Facilities – Waste Water Treatment Plant and Water Closet (WC) and Pour Flush Toilets in South, East and West Zones of Ilesa, Osun State.
