TENDER OPPORTUNITIES: PROVISION OF EXPLORATION SERVICES IN OML 150 AND 153 SWAMP AND SHALLOW OFFSHORE OPERATIONS

1.0       INTRODUCTION
Continental Oil and Gas Limited and Conoil Producing Limited under Production Sharing Contract (PSC) with NNPC hereby invites interested and competent registered Nigerian Companies (DPR licensed and NCDMB registered) with suitable equipment and relevant proven experience to respond via NipeX NJQS portal to the tender opportunities listed in item 2 below for OML 150 and 153. Companies already registered and pre-qualified on the NipeX portal for various services and having the relevant codes for the tender opportunity will automatically be included in the bid list and do not need to re-apply. The proposed contract will commence in Q2. 2021 and remain active for one year primary duration, followed by one-year extension option.

2.0      SERVICE REQUIREMENTS/SCOPE OF WORK
(1)     PROVISION OF WIRELINE SERVICES (CONOG-EXPL/NAP-01/NIP-01) CAT 3.04.24
Supply and provision of wireline logging equipment, consumables / spare parts; and other related equipment and personnel. Accurate acquisition, recording and computation of downhole measurements, and furnishing the data acquired as quickly as possible. Unless agreed otherwise beforehand, each logging run will have its own cable tension recording. On each first entry of a hole section, provision of an accurate depth record for the well/section. This includes recording both depth-wheel depth, as well as magnetic or other marker depth, and reconciling both. An accurate & concise record of this reconciliation should be provided on the print (mentioning cable identification, procedure used for depth control & relevant details, and corrections made). Provision of the acquired data on CD-ROMs, tapes, floppy discs, picture files, and prints, and quality assessment documents/data as required. Curves, sensitivities and scales, including depth scales, digital data carriers and formats shall be as specified.
(2)    PROVISION OF MUDLOGGING SERVICES (CONOG-EXPL/NAP-01/NIP-02) CAT 3.04.07
Perform mud logging, pressure prediction, pit volume and gas monitoring services with all items of equipment and ancillary and optional equipment as required in accordance with the well specification. Provision of competent and experienced crew to perform mud logging services. DD/MWD/LWD equipment Well planning services. Consumables / spare parts; and other related equipment and personnel.
(3)   PROVISION OF MWD/LWD SERVICES (CONOG-EXPL/NAP-01/NIP-03) CAT 3.04.08
State-of-the-art MWD (probe and collar MWD) systems including Gamma Ray, Direction and Inclination services deployable in both benign and tough drilling applications including HPHT, with modern software for trajectory plotting and MWD survey corrections. Accurate measurement systems for downhole annular drilling pressures as well as monitoring of downhole lateral, axial and torsional vibrations. Formation Evaluation While Drilling (FEWD) services to include Attenuation & Phase Shift Resistivity. Neutron Porosity. Bulk Density and Sonic measurements for various hole sizes down to slim hole applications. Third generation or latest version of Rotary Steerable Systems (including both Push-the-Bit and Point-the-Bit systems) and Geo-steering systems deployable across various hole sizes. Seismic While Drilling systems. Gyro while drilling systems. Competent and adequately experienced MWD and FEWD Engineers with up to date knowledge of relevant state of the art software to support modern directional drilling and integrated measurement/ evaluation systems. Demobilization and site clean-up.
(4)  PROVISION OF GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES (CONOG-EXPL/NAP-01/NIP-04) CAT 3.09.03
Supply and provision of geotechnical equipment; consumables / spare parts; and other related equipment and personnel Accurate acquisition, recording and computation of measurements, and furnishing the data acquired as quickly as possible. Unless agreed otherwise beforehand. Digging pits of about 100m for soil investigation. Analysis of the sampled core in a standard laboratory leading to an assessment of a rig leg penetration.
(5)  PROVISION OF GEOPHYSICAL AND HYDROGRAPHIC SITE SURVEY SERVICES (CONOG- EXPL/NAP-01/NIP-05) CAT 3.09.04
Supply and provision of Geophysical equipment; consumables / spare parts; and other related equipment and personnel. Accurate acquisition, recording and computation of measurements, and furnishing the data acquired as quickly as possible. Unless agreed otherwise beforehand. Side scan sonar, magnetic and bathymetric surveys and analysis Bathymetric surveys and analysis. Charts construction to show best approach route to proposed rig location.
(6)   PROVISION OF 2D/3D/4D SEISMIC DATA SERVICES (CONOG-EXPL/NAP-01/NIP-06) CAT 3.10.01/3.10.02
Image Boundary:
The coordinates defining the fully migrated area from CONOIL-CONOG Company. The coverage of image boundary map in 500Sq.km.
Full fold boundary:
The preferred target depth is 4500m; the maximum dip of the target layer is 30 degree. According to these parameters we calculate the full fold boundary of the seismic project. The coverage of the full fold boundary should be in Sq.km.

(7)  PROVISION OF DIRECTIONAL SURVEY SERVICES (CONOG-EXPL/NAP-01/NIP-07) CAT 3.04.25
State-of-the-art Directional surveying systems. Well planning services. Accurate measurement systems. For downhole annular drilling pressures as well as monitoring of downhole lateral, axial and torsional vibrations. (8)  PROVISION OF SUBSURFACE CONSULTANCY (GEOLOGICAL, GEOPHYSICAL & RESERVOIR) SERVICES (CONOG-EXPL/NAP-01/NIP-08) CAT 3.02.22
In particular, the chosen consultant shall be required by the Company to perform the following services when the need arises: Build, maintain and update geological models. Conduct high quality geological services related to wellsite operation and monitoring QA/QC of 2D/3D Seismic acquisition and processing projects. Participate in data rooms for our M&A activities and have the ability to generate fast and accurate data room assessments. Supporting the Subsurface Team in the analysis and interpretation of a wide range of data. This will include, among others, geophysical, geological, petrophysical, reservoir, production, drilling and economic data. Quality check dynamic models built in-house with a view to increasing the confidence level of forecast generated from these models. Prospect identification, generation and maturation through seismic data interpretation. Assisting in fluid and reservoir characterization. Reviewing wells planned at subsurface level using models, quality check drilling and completion programs, review early life data acquisition and surveillance plans. Auditing and classifying CONOIL-CONOG’S Reserves. Reviewing Drill Stem Test, Pressure Transient Test/Design and interference Test/design Programs. Reviewing field development plans and giving expert advice.

3.0 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
(i)   To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested companies are required to be pre-qualified in the relevant Product/Services categories of NipeX Joint Qualification System (NJQS) database as indicated in 2.0 above. All successfully prequalified suppliers in this category will receive invitation to Technical Tender (ITT).
