1. INTRODUCTION
The Court of Appeal of Nigeria wishes to undertake the procurement of various Goods, Works, and Services under the 2021 Capital Appropriation. In compliance with the Public Procurement Act, 2007, the Court wishes to pre-qualify experienced and reputable contractors, suppliers, and consultancy service providers who wish to tender for the jobs specified below:
