ADDENDUM
RE: INVITATION FOR 2020 PRE-QUALIFICATION EXERCISE

1. The Court of Appeal of Nigeria wishes to draw the attention of prospective bidders and general public to the Court’s Invitation for Prequalification in the Peoples Daily, Nigerian Tribune Newspapers of Monday, 6th July, 2020 and Federal Tenders Journal of Monday, 6th July, 2020, Vol. 16. No 11, respectively that due to the effect of COVID-19 Pandemic and Lockdown, the Prequalification Bids could not be opened as advertised.

2. In view of the foregoing, the following amendments are hereby made to the said advertisement:
(i) The closing date had been extended to 11:00a.m. on Monday, 21st September, 2020.
(ii) Opening of Prequalification Bids shall take place immediately after the deadline for submission at 11:00 am. on Monday, 21st September, 2020 at the Court Training Room 2nd Floor, office Complex, three Arm Zone Abuja. Civil Societies and Non- Governmental Organization are hereby invited to witness the opening exercise.
(iii) Bidders are excused from the bid opening, which will be attended by officials of private sector professional organisation and CSOs in the areas of anti-corruption/transparency. The event will be fully captured on video and can be provided to bidders on request.

QUALIFICATION OF FIRMS RESPONDING
The Contractors or representatives of the firms etc. must show clear evidence of
 Evidence of incorporation by the company with the Corporate Affairs Commission(CAC) including Articles of Memorandum of Association of the company
 Registration with Yobe state Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
 Payment of Taxes PAVE VAT etc.
 Letter of confirmation by applicants bankers on how financial capacity to execute the contract.
 Evidence of similar project executed and evidence of performance
 Equipment And Technical Capacity
 Audited Accounts for three(3) years (2017-2019)
 List of company personal including qualification and year of experience in the field
 Evidence of compliance with pension reform act, 2007 PENCOM ITF contribution

1.0 INTRODUCTION
The National Judicial Council is the apex body for the Nations Judiciary. It is one of the Federal Executive bodies created by the virtue of section 153 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Council had earmarked funds from its 2020 budget appropriation for the procurement of Goods, Works and Services for year 2020.

Consequently, interested Contractors/Service Providers are hereby invited to submit Tenders or Pre-qualification Documents for the following Capital Projects.

2.0 SCOPE OF SUPPLIES/WORK

INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS

Yobe State Government, through the office of the Hon. Commissioner, Ministry of Lands, and Solid Minerals Development hereby call for a complete proposal for the development and implementation of GIS/LIS project in delivering effective Land administration in the State.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested applicants should submit their (EOI) documents along with the followings:
i. Certificate of incorporation with CAC
ii. Tax Clearance
iii. Evidence of VAT remittances
iv. A sworn affidavit that the company is not bankrupt
v. Evidence of financial capability
vi. Evidence of similar job executed (certificate of job completion)

SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
All submissions should be made in a sealed envelope clearly addressed to the office of the Hon. Commissioner, Ministry of Lands and Solid Minerals Development Headquarters, Damaturu, Yobe State, not later than three weeks from this publication. (i.e 21/09/2020)
