I. PREAMBLE REGARDING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
In accordance with due process, Delta State Investments Development Agency (DIDA) and Adventium Global Development Ltd. intend to carry out Asset Valuation of Songhai Delta Facility and wish to invite interested, competent, reputable and qualified Estate Valuers to submit their proposals (Technical and Financial) for the valuation of Songhai Delta Facility at Amukpe in Sapele, Delta State

II. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Valuation of all Songhai Delta Facility including farms, farm land, plant, machinery and buildings, furniture and fittings, infrastructural facilities, etc.
